When will I receive my order?

All unframed prints will ship within 1 day from the date it was ordered. If you place an order on a Friday, the print will ship by Monday evening or Tuesday at the latest.

MetalPrints, Acrylic and Framed Prints will deliver within 10 days after being ordered.

Do you ship worldwide?

We are able to ship to the United States, Canada, France, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, The Netherland, Belgium and Austria.

Why does my credit card keep declining?

There are several reasons it may not be working:

Billing address mismatch: Most orders decline when the billing name and address you input does not match up with the address on file with your credit card company. Try checking with your bank account online, or your credit card statement, and entering your name and address as it appears there.

Too many attempts: If you have made multiple repeated attempts that declined (typically from a typo or address mismatch in your first attempt), your financial institution may have blocked any purchase from our site on your behalf. This is done to protect the cardholder from fraud and multiple felonious purchases. You will have to wait at least a few hours or you can contact them to have the hold removed.

Browser Issues: If you have already attempted a transaction, please re-boot your browser to clear the cache. Or try a different internet browser.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We have a non-returnable and non-refundable policy. If you received the wrong order or your order was damaged in transit please contact guestservices@jonathanducrest.store

Do I need to sign for my packaged delivery?

If your order is less than $1000 the package will not require a signature. If your item is over $1000 your package WILL require a signature. We are not responsible for any packages that have not been signed for upon delivery.

Do you offer framing?

We offer framing in 3 different colors. White Maple, Natural Maple and Black Oak. Unframed prints will have a small white border around them to leave room for the framer.

How do I clean my framed print?

For Acrylic prints and Metal Prints use Non-ammonia glass cleaner, water, or isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol can be used without harming the print surface. We recommend using a clean, lint-free cloth to wipe off the print. No cleaners containing ammonia, abrasives, or corrosive chemicals should be used.

What type of lighting should be used to display MetalPrints?

For displaying MetalPrints, we recommend halogen, bright white incandescent, full-spectrum LED, or other bulbs with a high CRI (color rendering index). Indirect natural daylight also can work, but it must be indirect in order to prevent fading over time, and will also change the way the print appears throughout the day. Certain types of lighting, such as standard fluorescent bulbs, emit light that is partially absorbed or scattered by the MetalPrint surface, and the green part of the spectrum reflects to the eye more than other colors. Changing the type of lighting will affect the way all prints appear, but MetalPrints are affected more so. This is called metameric failure. Using light bulbs with a CRI of 90 or higher will help you see consistent results, especially when comparing different types of prints.

Do you offer repairs to damaged frames?

No. If your item is damaged please contact guestservices@jonathanducrest.store within 14 days of your order. We do not repair wear and tear on framed prints past 14 days.

Will my print be signed and/or editioned?

Only editions print will be signed. You will receive a signed certificate with the edition number to apply to the back of your print.

How do I decide which print/collection will fit me best?

Please use the contact page to reach out to us. We will be able to make a selection for you based on the space the print will go but also on what you are looking for.

The item I want is sold out/backordered. What now?

We do not re-release or restock limited edition prints once they are sold out.

What if my order is lost?

If by chance a package is lost in transit we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue but we kindly ask that you report it to the carrier FedEx before reaching out to guestservices@jonathanducrest.store

How can I ensure authenticity of artworks?

Limited edition, large format prints (24" x 36" and over) are shipped with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Do your prices change overtime?

All prices are subject to change. We retain the right to adjust prices at any given moment.

Can I have Jonathan Ducrest create a custom print?

Yes, Jonathan Ducrest is available to create custom prints of images offered on the online store that are between 20" x 30" and 42" x 60". Please email us with the image and custom size you would like at guestservices@jonathanducrest.com

Do you include the price within the package?

We do not include a price nor an invoice within any of our shipments.

Do you collaborate with other brands/people?

Absolutely. We love collaborating on various projects. If you have an idea or want to discuss a way for us to work together, please email j@jonathanducrest.com

Can I purchase a hi-res image to print myself or print onto a canvas?

We do not license our images for others to print.
